Our Team

Sandy Finn, JJ's personal operations manager, has lived on the Eastside since 1986, and has been working in real estate since 1989. A licensed real estate agent herself, she frees up JJ to work more directly with his clients, and is available at the office to immediately answer your questions regarding any real estate transaction.

More than simply an operations manager, Sandy is qualified to do everything that a real estate agent does, including:

• Marketing and listing (creating and ordering advertising materials)
• Handling purchase and sales transactions
• Showing properties
• Following up with owners, agents, escrow and lenders
• Ordering inspections
• Checking loan approval
• Panning the market each day for buyers
• Keeping you appraised on what's happening with your transaction

With all the information available to a real estate agent today, having a full time assistant allows JJ to work with you more focusedly. In addition, Sandy provides a familiar person in the office to assist you when JJ is with other clients, someone who knows your name, and who is well-acquainted with the details of your transaction.

As JJ says, Sandy is indispensable in the office as an operations manager and a transaction coordinator to track the progress of your purchase or sale on a daily basis and handling contingencies.
