Bellevue
Today, with over 103,000 residents, Bellevue is one of the largest cities in Washington and is known by many as the business hub of the Eastside. With its office high-rises, retailers, hotels, and restaurants, Bellevue sports one of the highest local economies in King County. And with a 10-15 minute commute across either the Highway 520 bridge to the north, or the Interstate 90 bridge to the south, Bellevue is well-situated for those working in Seattle.

Redmond
Redmond provides a short commute to Seattle across the Highway 520 bridge. This city, which lies to the east of Bellevue, is considered by many to be at the center of Eastside activity, and with a population of over 40,000, Redmond is now the sixteenth largest city in Washington. Upscale malls combine with small town charm and numerous parks. The bicycle capital of the northwest.

Issaquah
Issaquah features easy access to the cultural amenities of Seattle to the east and Bellevue to the northeast, all within a rural, forested setting. Located along Interstate 90, Issaquah is within a half-hour of downtown Seattle and is home to many exciting new home communities.

Kirkland
Kirkland is a beautiful waterfront city located off Interstate 405 on the shores of Lake Washington, with access to Bellevue and Highway 520, which leads directly into Seattle. Kirkland maintains 25% of its active waterfront for public access, the highest of any city in Washington. A remarkably vibrant water front downtown attract those looking for an active lifestyle.
